Taufiq Qureshi and Mumbai Stamp Say ‘Ta Dhaa’
Taufiq Qureshi and his band Mumbai Stamp recently performed at a musical evening titled Ta Dhaa, organized by St. Xavier’s College in association with GoJiyo-3D Virtual World. Quershi performed with other legendary percussion artists including Sridhar Parthasarthy (tabla) and Aditya Kalyanpur (mridangam).
“At GoJiyo, we have always believed in providing our youth with a platform to express their feelings and share their interest with other likeminded people”, said Ashutosh Tiwari, Executive VP of strategic marketing at Indian Music Group of St. Xavier’s College. “Since Ta Dhaa also manifests our belief and passion, collaboration with Indian Music Group of St. Xavier’s College was appropriate. We at GoJiyo strive toward providing our youth with utopian virtual and real world experiences”.
